Unlike the current generation of the Q3 model produced by the SEAT in Spain, the new generation 2019 Audi Q3 will be produced at Audi’s plant in Hungary, which was celebrated a great jubilee that day.
As it first appeared on the market in 2011, the Audi Q3 showed signs of aging, regardless of several cosmetic changes. It is based on the old PQ35 and PQ46 platforms, which is just one of the signs that it has become obsolete in terms of hardware, design and technology. It seems to be clear to the company, so she decided that in 2019 this model would get a new generation. Namely, photos of the completely new Q3 have now appeared and at first glance does not seem to be much different to the current model, but it is still too early to claim that it will remain so.

2019 Audi Q3 – Redesign Changes
Namely, only minor redesign changes of 2019 Audi Q3 are visible, at least for now, in which we can include a new headlamp shape on the front of the car, so they now remind them of the E-Tron Quattro concept. When it comes to this concept, it seems that the new Q3 mask is based on it. Observed from the side, it can be seen that the new Audi Q3 will be somewhat larger than the current model, in order to be different from Q2, which is currently the introductory crossover of this company. Another visible change is mirrors that are positioned slightly lower at the door. There is a slightly larger spoiler on the rear, and the trunk looks a little bigger.
The new 2019 Audi Q3 will be based on the MQB platform, so the new generation of this model will be much easier in spite of the fact that the model itself will be bigger. As far as the interior is concerned, switching to a new platform will probably mean more extra space, not just for passengers but also for luggage. It will definitely find the virtual cockpit of Audi, as it is available in lesser Q2 as an option.
If you look at the side of the new Audi Q3 from the side, you will see a clear difference from Q2, which should represent the Audi role for the crossover starting level. The position of the mirror is not at the side of the A-pillars, but somewhat lower in the door. The camouflage has its own tricks, so we can not just discover everything about the outside, even when it comes to windows.
The back side could mark some new things when it comes to layout and loading of luggage, but to mark it as something that could pose a problem. The roof spoiler on the rear is more prominent outside of its blade than usual, and this is a major problem.
For now, we don’t have enough information, because as you can see from this review, and the pictures, there is a camouflage.
As far as mechanics are concerned, the MQB platform implies the existence of several three-cylinder and four-cylinder aggregates. The debut version will be the RS Q3, which will have a five-cylinder 2.5-liter unit that already exists in models such as the RS3 Sportback and the Sedan. There is a great chance that 2019 Audi Q3 model will have a hybrid drive.
Release Date of 2019 Audi Q3
There is still nothing known about the date of the new Q3 discovery, but it is assumed that it will start in 2018, and it is only certain that it will be produced in Győr in Hungary, and not in the SEAT plant in Spain . The Q4 model will also be manufactured in the same factory in 2019.
